CHIEF BUILDING MAINTENANCE

Main Job Description
Preventative maintenance of property equipment, structure, and surroundings, involving all aspects of Engineering, Electrical, Civil, and Plumbing Systems.
Plans, assigns, prioritizes and lays out work schedules for routine, emergency and preventive maintenance and repairs for all buildings and equipment.
Obtains estimates for emergency and routine maintenance by contractors; monitors contracted projects; and coordinates outside contractor services including electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Periodically inspects the physical condition and operating efficiency of mechanical equipment.
Management System and maintains a preventative maintenance program for all equipment that is maintained by the Maintenance Department.
Prepares reports and budget requests and maintains records.
General Requirements
Male, 30-40 years old
Minimum Diploma Degree / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, preferably graduated from a reputable University.
Minimum GPA 3,00
Has proven minimum 5 - 7 years working experience as Chief Engineering in Property Business.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Excellent Computer skills (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook Express).
Excellent Communication skill in English, both oral and written is advantage.
Technical Requirements
Knowledge in Engineering, Electrical, Civil, and Plumbing Systems.
Soft Skill Requirements
Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team.
Highly Motivated with spirit to learn new things
Good problem solving, analytical and Leadership skill.
